I’m not sure if they are turning things around at this location, but after my visit today, they’ve earned a positive review, which hasn’t happened in quite some time.
Stood at the register for 7 minutes no one even acknowledged i was there. Crap service is left and went to Wendy's
Waited at the counter for 5 minutes or so. Employees just stared at me and said nothing. I turned around to walk out and seen you have to place your order yourself on a screen. So I ordered and waited for it. Food came out, wasn't great. It wasn't busy but yet my food was cold. I just don't understand why people here need to make $15 an hour to barely do a job and serve people cold food. Last time I will come to this location
Shoutout to David from the drive-thru window. This guy understands customer service and made the experience so much better. The turnaround from one year ago is super awesome. The food tasted good, it was appetizing to the eye and the speed is finally where it should be. Great job to the management
