This place is always a mad house. That's probably a good sign. Despite that, the kids who work here seem to keep up pretty well. You might have to wait for a few, but that's any place when it's super busy.
Always pleasant
After having a horrible experience at a different location (see my Middletown review), we drove 20 minutes to this one. The staff was immediately attentive, aware, and helped me realize that the initial problem at the other place was something I overlooked. But after hearing my story, they took great care of my and my kids, despite the fact that my bad experience had nothing to do with them. I would highly recommend!
Taco Bell used to be a great place when TocalaNorth owned the Northeast region of locations. Now it's a dump with trash food, miserable environment to boot
