We waited 2 hours to be seated only to find out the hostess deleted our names off the list and moved on without seating us... when I asked how close we were to being seated the hostess was rude to me . After complaining a second time we were seated near the bar and had smokers blowing smoke all over us and drunks cussing up a storm not the best atmosphere for the kids. Good food but bad at dealing with a lot of reservations.
RecommendedWe have been here twice and both times we were seated within 20 min, the wait staff was helpful and friendly, and the food was phenomenal!
I have been eating here for years but this is my last trip. Hostess was not inviting and when I went to the bar to get a drink I stood for over 10 minutes and no one seemed to be working the bar. I went and waited until our table was ready. Once we were seated by the hostess who threw the menus on the table and left without speaking a word we continued to sit for over 12 minutes and no one took a drink order much less acknowledged we were there.
