TA did a very bad job taking this truckstop over. The make over of the restaurant sucks. The servers are more interested in vaping instead of the customer. The only good thing is the abundance of parking spaces
Toni is the nicest cashier. Super friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and well stocked. The prices are normal for big truck stop chain. They have great food options. A driver lounge. A game room. Showers and plenty of semi parking.
This workshop has extremely poor customer service. When I arrived, several bay doors were open and clearly empty, yet I was told they were “too busy” to take any work. There was no effort to assist, no offer to schedule an appointment, and no clear explanation. It felt like they simply did not want to work. If you’re looking for a shop that values customers and is willing to help, I would recommend going somewhere else.
Literally only 3 out of 8 diesel pumps are working.
Paid for reserve parking it said space 12. Basically here’s the non refundable receipt now go find a place to park cause they don’t enforce it.
