T-Square has placed an amount of $2,90.77 to my account as a back charge. I sent them an email on 4/8/17 requesting an explanation of charges. So far, it is 4/11/17 and I have not received an explanation. This is the second time this incident happens. They are getting used to put charges to my account without given an explanation. There are 4 more owners with charges as well and they have not given them a response either.
I have used T-Square Properties for five years to manage a commercial building and have been delighted with their services. Both owners and staff have done a superb job and have been very responsive to any problems or concerns. Basically they took care of the day-to-day operation and when any issues came up, they were prompt to handle them but at the same time keeping me fully informed, especially when there were tenant problems. I used T Square for 4 years as I had moved to a different state and needed to rent my property until the market came back. Things started off well and everything seemed to be ok throughout the process. The issues arose when it came time to sell the property and have the tenants vacate the property. That is when I discovered issue after issue and found out that their regular inspections of the property were falsified as there was damage, landscaping issues and general neglect that should have been handled months, if not years... read more
