As landlords seeking their services to rent our house, they provided very poor service. They have only a few rental agents. The owner, Tom, did not seem to care about really providing even average service. I couldn't even get the rental agent to call back when we needed to talk to him about basic arrangements, and when I discussed this with the owner he was very non responsive and frankly unworkable.
