Gel mani felt rushed. Air bubbles in gel polish. Cuticles not cleaned well and fingernails and toenails not prepped nicely before polish.
The ambiance is great, but that's about it..unless you're a regular it's not worth going there. They also struggle with large groups and will take any walk ins and regulars that might come in during your group even if you make the appointments weeks in advance. I want to like this place, but can't due to the poor quality, time management of the salon and over priced services.
RecommendedGot the mint pedicure. It was great. They always do a great job here. Best place in Wausau/Rib Mtn for a pedicure.
I get married on Saturday and had the worst manicure of my life... I didn’t even get a manicure just some polish thrown on and it was super SUPER rushed... very disappointed...
I got a pedicure there yesterday and it was wonderful! I love all of the options. Definitely well worth the $$. The place is so nicely decorated that it makes you feel like you are in a fancy Beverly Hills salon. I can't wait to go back to try all of the pedicure options and get a manicure.

I was there with a big party for my birthday that my daughter had booked way ahead of time and the whole experience felt rushed. She was the last to get her nails done and they didn't do a good job on hers at all. I did like the way my nails turned out but my toenails are all chipped off after not even 2 weeks. I guess I expected more for all the money we spent.
organic nails are a joke! I had to get 2 nails fixed within 2 days of getting them done...4 days later 1 of the same nails broke again...I go in to try to have them fix it or give me a refund and they totally dismiss me. I will not be going there again...they did nothing but trash talk other salons while I was there...maybe they should focus on customer service and the work they do before judging others.
Actually this is a good experience, all good from both work and staff !! I really thank you for giving me a nice and relaxing moment here
