I use to love this place, however called today got no answer, figured I’d just stop in to see if they had time or to make an appointment for later. STOOD AT THE FRONT DESK OVER 10 MINS EVERYONE SAW ME BUT NO ONE COULD SAY HI ONE MINUTE. I just left And went elsewhere. Great service guys!
I hate to make this public, but I have not had any reponse emails or private messages. My daughter & I were in Saturday 9-28-19 for gel polish. Our experience was good but our nail quality no so much 🙁 We get our nails done a few times a yr & unfortunately these are the worst nails we've had done. My nails are very thick & uneven. I enjoy having that smooth feeling, but it is not there. By Oct 1st 2 nails were already chipping. My daughter had one of her nail completely loose all of the polish. Clean Modern environment. Great and courteous staff. Professional work. My gel mani/pedi lasted forever. Lots of services offered. Membership Discount. Massage chair during Pedi was to die for.
I drive 1 hour and 40 minutes to have may nails done. Excellent job, service, quality and great management. It’s my ONLY nail salon!
