Customer service is lacking, if you don't greet me within the first 15 minutes or less within me walking through the door I will never be a returning customer!!!!!! Also, the less services you ask for the less responsive they are to you, don't ever go for something small because you will be waiting a good 30 minutes:( Went down the road to another salon, greeted immediately wasn't rushed and also listened to what I wanted!! Great job other salon you've got my business now and your not overpriced!!!
This was the 2nd-3rd time I’ve been there recently in which I had to wait over 30 mins to even get serviced... Today, however I walked out and I should have the other times as well.. It’s ridiculous!! T-Nails, If you know you usually have 6 clients waiting when you open in the mornings, schedule more workers. I have been going here for over 20 years & the service is terrible now... I’ll Never going back... I’ll drive across town to go somewhere else... 3 nails fell off and 2 others are lose! Only had them done for a week today! Paid to much 🤔
Recommendedwent to T Nails today and got my nails dipped, Karen done a Beautiful job as always never want to go anywhere else.
Went here for the first time today. I asked for dip powder. I’ve had dip powder many times before. She hurriedly started on my nails and I asked if she was going to do a manicure. She said that’s a different service and she can’t do it once she’s applied whatever she had just applied because it would make me bleed...? She didn’t ask if I wanted a manicure beforehand. my nails look awful went in Tuesday got a fill by Wednesday they were chipped went back Thursday had them redone the tops are already fading

I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else. Everyone is kind and courteous. I trust their artistic talents when it comes to designs on my nails. Never have I ever had an issue.
