I hired Tony Merced to do a mold inspection for my rental property in order to assess if a costly and invasive remediation procedure was warranted. I was charged a hefty $520 fee (initially he wanted over $600). He spent a great deal of time explaining me about his techniques, and on what testing he would use and when. Tony Merced missed one out of two roof leaks and non-working stove. Now I have all that headache to schedule repair estimations, work with warranty company on proposals, etc. Save your time, avoid this company.
