The “unsubscribe” feature does not work. Have tried countless times over weeks to stop receiving notifications from old school district bus route. No replies to emails. It was a challenge to receive notifications, now they won’t stop.

Can’t seem to get our equipment to work or upgrade and customer service can’t seem to get anyone here to fix it so paying for a service that hasn’t been fixed for over 6 months
System really sucks. I hate my school system ever got involved with this company!

Horrible customer service. It has now been 3 months since my first email to customer support about issues adding my kids to here comes the bus, and I have been passed on to 2 reps, and neither have given a solution, or even tried to reach out to me. Guess I should have taken the reviews more seriously on the App Store. I’ll be deleting the app today since it’s fatally useless.
