The Dr's and nurses are great and deserve a 5. The billing and customer service teams deserve a zero. Because of your billing practices and unresponsive customer service I will not be doing business with ballad health any longer. For example I don't receive itemized bills which I requested them, they charge me a 50 copay when I have shown them proof that it should be 25. There are other examples but I won't bother to list them. Good bye ballad.
