Since the new owners have taken over, my Daughter and her Husband have been treated as dirt! They pay rent faithfully and while the new people paint and remodel, they have no respect for their personal property. My son has had to take time off work to protect their belongings. They found their new wedding gifts outside the apartment when they got home from work!! I am so happy they are moving!!!... and PS the new owners had no idea where the deposit was!! really??
