I like the campus, the EBC and how the overall Symantec team are friendly and welcoming.
Their cafeteria and lounge are great! Anyone in the Silicon Valley area should try it out some time, even if you're not a Symantec employee! :)
Bought the Internet Security Premier for my customer so that he could do Family control. Worked on it with Symantec. Problem with setup. They promised to call me at 11:00 yesterday- no call. Promised to call today at 11:00. No call. I was always a supporter for Norton products. Not a happy camper and neither is my customer!!!!
It's always an effort to get answers...The most common response is let me reinstall the software on your system...while many times a perfect solution; fails to address other issues that can occur with usage of the product
