The anti-virus software was a disaster. I contacted customer service for support and never received it. I requested a refund and never got it.

You dumped the NRA now I dumped your product yesterday when it expired.
I have used Norton Internet Security software for more years than I can remember but with their decision to publicly denounce the Second Amendment and separate themselves from the NRA is a public attack on the Constitution of the United States of America and myself. I will not renew my subscription with Symantec or Life Lock when they expire. Unfortunately, I have over a year left on my installed internet security from Symantec.
Thank you for severing ties with the NRA and for caring about the direction of our country!
I have used this service as long as we have had a computer. I am also a proud fun owner. I do not believe we need assault weapons and I stand behind this company and others in what they are doing. I have nothing against the NRA but that organization needs to look at itself and how it the things it says and does effects the people in our country.
