Lack of ethics and respect. They lied to me, charged more than the website and said that it was for news clientes and since I was renewing my price was R$ 20,00 more. Can you believe that? And more, they lied when they said that because anyone can paid the website price. They automatically charged me without preview warning using AllPago International wich caused a possible fraud alert from my bank causing me to block my credit card. Just had THE WORST #customeservice experience with a rep from #symantec during a remote session. He accused me of not trusting him because I saw 'Trial Version' under my order details [and I had purchased the full version]. How do I make sure my computer is safe and that they have really ended the remote session? Not sure I'll renew my subscription after this. Whoa....
