I’ve been seeing Dr. Velarde for over 13 years and I recommend her to anyone looking for an OB/Gyn. The office staff are very nice and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Velarde takes the time to get a thorough history, makes you comfortable and talks to you during the Pap smear and pelvic exam. If she has to give you bad news, she provides you with research, is genuinely there to help, and is happy to give you referrals to other doctors. Great doctor to have by your side if you are pregnant. Highly recommend !

I recently lost a pregnancy at five months, which was a very traumatizing experience for me. A friend recommended Dr. Sylvia Velarde in case I decided to try again for another baby.
