I am so Grateful for Dr. Velarde. She performed my second C-section. I had a subpar scar from my first C-section with a different doctor. For many reasons, I chose to go to Dr. Velarde for my second pregnancy. Dr. Velarde was able to revise the scar and deliver my baby’s Hi safely.
