Dr. Velarde has been my doctor for over 6 years. She us very caring and thorough. She has been with me for both of my pregnancies and has provided me with excellent care and assurance. Love love love her
Aileen Rodriguez, APRN, is so warm, caring, and genuinely easy to talk to. She takes her time with me at every visit and never makes me feel rushed. I was so impressed by the level of care she provides that my mom even started seeing her too! Aileen truly goes above and beyond for her patients. Her nurse, Kay, is also amazing. Dr Val is AMAZING. I have no issues with her. It’s the front desk staff I have an issue with. The fact that when you ask to speak with an office manager on behalf of their robbery fee, the office manager is useless and try to blame you for multiple occurrences as if I knew about such crap. Willing to let Dr V’s company get a bad review. Also it’s very unprofessional to mute the phone while the patient is speaking so that you can gossip about the patient, Shame on you all.
Dr Velarde is amazing! Such amazing care given by her and her staff. I know i’m in great hands!
