I live at colonial Manor owned by do nothing Cambio Slum Lords! They keep asking for more money and they take care of nothing! Their tree is banging on my roof my sky lite is damaged water has been running into my kitchen I am allergic to mold now I have to go to the Allergist! What about the bugs here? I have complained to no avail ! Cambio moved out about 25 old bedbug cockroach infested homes they spread all the bugs all thru the park the bugs scattered! Horrible place to live. They like to harass you and keep coming into your house for constant “inspections” and the maintenance man likes to look in your windows. Very crazy place to live.
Does not follow proper Ada FHA laws for service animals.
Slum lords , Dirty and bad thing go on here . Don't move here
-1 one , Dont even rank . MY daughter lived there and they are trying to bill her 5000 when she owed them nothing. They turned her into the national collection agency and never told her she owed anything.Worst place to live in jacksonville! Thinking about getting a lawyer and truning them into the state house authorities. Don't move there they are owned by out of the country corporation.
