Well managed and maintained community; 138 older sites, 140 newer homes (about 40 sites still to be installed, in 2026). Mostly mobile homes (some modular, less than 10 with basements) on leased land. A relatively inexpensive way to have a home in Chelsea. Just off 94 and Main St.
Nice and quite place to live in.
It looks beautiful on the outside, rotten on the inside. The office staff is a nightmare to deal with. They were so nice, kind and helpful in the beginning…once I moved in that all changed. Don’t fall for their bullshit like I did. Don’t move here unless you want to be without heat for a week, gaslit and lied to. We are so grateful to have found this beautiful community. We were looking to move closer to our son's school, and realized pretty quickly that there aren't many options for rent in Chelsea. We came across this beautiful new home in Sylvan Crossing that happened to be available to rent. Within 48 hours we had our new home!! Both Tim and Monica are so kind and responsive.
