The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. This pediatrician had two separate rooms for "sick" and "well" children. You could tell that they really went the extra mile in making sure that the healthy children didn't catch anything. I left feeling very encouraged. They always made sure that my little ones were not in any pain. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Dr.Sykes is awesome,she always makes sure she doesnt over look anything when it deals with my childs health,i have 4 children, 2 children with special needs and would never use a different doctor,she does really well and always makes sure they get the care they need.I trust her 100% with whatever she diagnosis my children with.She has been so excellent,very down to earth and kind hearted.We really appreciate her and her staff..From me and my kids~TeresaH & fam.
