They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Not at all, their cologne smelled great If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
