Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions
