Three years ago I gave the Doctor and his staff a five but I changed it because of my visit today.my appointment was for 9:30 so I got there at 9:15 I walked in downstairs and the receptionist told me I could check in there. So I put my information in and she looked at it and said I was all set so go to the 3rd floor and have a seat. I went upstairs and sat down I waited for 45 minutes and people were going in the examining room and coming out. Dr. Jaffrey is a great Doctor. I was referred to him for sleep apnea issues. He listens to his patients and is always very courteous. During my sleep apnea testing he also found a more concerning problem with my lungs that no other pulmonologist I had seen, found. I now have the answer to the many bouts of pneumonia I have experienced because Dr. Jaffrey saw something wrong and brought it to my attention and worked with my new pulmonologist to get to the root of my pulmonary problems.
Wanted to give 0 stars but couldn’t. Absolutely neglects his pts. My dad suffered from ALS for years and never got the care or medications he needed for basic concerns. 0 bedside manner, sympathy, or medical awareness of his pts. Would never recommend to anyone. Does not deserve his title.
Told me it was my fault thst I had to wait to get a biopsy. He was rude
