Is this for real – I went to Sybil Salon and it was just awful. The customer service wasn't at all good, and the stylist were a cut below average, including the work I saw Sybil , the owner, doing. I wanted to get my money back but my friend said not to. Are all of this reviews real? Too good to be true. I heard from another salon that Sybil is a fraud. Best Brazilian – After a friend convinced me to try it, I decided to get my first 'Brazilian' wax....I looked on CitySearch and saw some great reviews for Amanda at Sybil's, and decided to try it, although I was a bit apprehensive, because for all I know, those reviews could just be made up or something. A Relaxing Haven in Shadyside – I received a gift certificate for a manicure and pedicure at Sybil Salon. The manicure was by far the best I have ever received and the atmosphere was so luxurious. The room my pedicure was done in could make a queen feel giddy. The decor was beautiful, with relaxing music and aromatherapy. Best Brazilian Bikini Wax! – Amanda is the BEST! I've read the review that says Amanda is the Wax Queen and I agree 100%!! Best salon in Pittsburgh! – I am absolutley neurotic about my hair, and have been known to go to New York City simply for a haircut. Hands down - THE BEST SALON in Pittsburgh – I initially went to Sybil Salon In January 2007 to have my hair fixed after having two very disastrous cuts. Lisa was amazing! She did both a cut and highlights and turned what I thought was a horrendous look into something amazing. She is great at everything: cut, style, color, etc. Fabulous! Amanda is the WAX QUEEN!!!! – I saw this place near where I do yoga, and decided to give it a shot because it looked pretty inside and the girl at the desk was friendly. I moved from Chicago last year, and I've tried 3 or 4 other places around town and they were all either dirty or didn't know what they were doing (usually both!) So I was super happy to find someone who was an expert AND ultra-hygenic! I will never trust anyone other than Amanda with my Brazilian and brows again. Period.
