Hands down we got a great deal on a new Toyota Highlander plus great service from Jody Killman. I have to say from the time I walked in to the time I left I was treated top notch! Had a terrible experience yesterday with Service Department. They lied to me over the phone saying there should be no problem being able to program my keyfabe key to start my Toyota Corolla. After taking my car over there to program keyfabe to start the car, Service Department failed to do so and still charged me $65!! I will never be able to trust Swope Toyota ever again!! Very disappointed and very dissatisfied!!
Chance helped me, hes awesome, got a beautiful sweet new ride! the staff is energetic and amazing there, and that cafe is the bomb! I know so many people who work there, highly recommended!

Thank you for making a service visit painless. Bringing a 5 year old anywhere with a wait time can be hard, especially when it’s spontaneous, but the play area inside is clean and perfect for a little entertainment. The cafe is also wonderful. Not to mention the customer service at the service department is top notch.
