RecommendedToday I had my car serviced and there were two young men that I would like to compliment on their manners and kindness. Jake was sent to pick me up and drive me back to Swope’s. He was very polite and enjoyable to talk to. Austin took care of all the paper work and explained all that was done to my car. He was very helpful as well as courteous. The employees are very friendly and professional. They explain everything about your car/truck on the reason you brought in for servicing. The cafe is so cozy and comfortably, they make you feel at home and the ladies who work tgere are awesome. Such amazing food with friendly service.
When I contacted Swope in E-town my intent was to find a way to lower my payments. Between Mary and Jody I was not only able to get my payments lowered (by a lot) by getting a RAV4 but they got me a great interest rate. When I showed up on the lot I was done in less than 2 hours. In May of 2018 I approached Swope because Oxmoor Toyota in Louisville had treated me terribly. Swope stepped in and helped in ways that no other dealership ever has. This was the fifth (yes, that is correct) Toyota purchased from Swope Toyota. The buying process was quite straight forward and we received a fair trade for our 2002 Camry XLE. Ricky Janes did a tremendous sales and accommodated all requests to keep us happy. Way to Swope Toyota!
What was a nightmare at first (bad employee) turned out to be satisfactory when the manager got involved.
