I can’t say enough about this place. Never have I been to a place that was so helpful and understanding. Believe me I was a difficult client. Mary was so helpful with everything. She was on top of everything, she really got everything going real fast for me. Never had to wait around to hear back. The patience she had is amazing. I can not thank her enough for everything she did for me.

The process was very easy and understandable. Jeremy Harris was very easy to work with, not pushy at all, and listened to what I was looking for. I love my new 2020 Highlander. The process was quick and I would definitely recommend them!
My wife took her 2020 Camry in for service, they didn’t perform half the services requested, didn’t replace air filter, forgot wipers, didn’t pressure check coolant as asked as we have been smelling antifreeze very lightly. Then lady was rude! Off to Toyota of Bowling Green to have car completely reserviced as at this point we don’t know what was done and not done! Absolutely aggravating and similar stories told from Swope. We will not return.
Always fast and friendly service
We really weren’t looking to buy but found one we were interested in. Went to dealership and met our salesman Brandon Gaskins. He listened to our concerns and needs and answered all our long questions. He showed us our Prius. He helped us to make an informed decision. If you need a new vehicle please see Brandon!!!! Thanks Swope and Brandon we love our Prius!!!!!
We joined the Swope family last night! Lee & Kevin were wonderful to work with. I can’t say enough good things about them!
