My waiting time not long, my Doctor is awesome I had Health issues and now it's so much better after been to ER twice. I love it! It's clean and nice.�
The doctor assistants acting like doctor they lost my file they didn't have a clue what needed to be done oh my teeth worst visit I ever had at a dentist office I wish I could post my picture of me draining my own mouth why the ghetto dental assistant watch why are we paying our tax dollars for this garbage place�
The dental department in Lake Charles is the most inefficient and horrible place I have ever been.

Unbelievable how they would let a person suffer from constant infection and dental absesses I tried getting on their waiting list to be seen last year, never returned my phone calls, left several messages to no avail, it's ashame how the poor have to suffer in our community. And this is their only option! This is not a professionally run business, anything to do with the state is usually a nightmare! Some drastic changes need to be made. I called to get my PREEMIE daughter an appointment because she hasn't been keeping any food down. Mind you I was instructed by her home health nurse to call. The clerk that answered said it's FRIDAY only scheduled appointments and we close at 12. Now my daughter isn't supposed to be exposed to large amounts of people. I have to bring her to the emergency room . The worst CLINIC ever , I will be calling corporate management Monday morning .
Is it a rule that you have to wait no less than 2 hours to be seen every visit?? This is ridiculous and it seems to get worse every time I come. The doctors here act like the don't care one bit about their patients or their time. My time and health is just as valuable as the doctors.
I was seen fast that day the staff has always been nice to me
