This company is great. I've done business with them for over 10 years during which they replaced 3 old units for me. Their prices are very competitive, installation is prompt and efficient, and warranty coverage is stellar. The personnel are all courteous and efficient treating your home as you would treat it. To them, you are family not just a pay check.
I called Switzerland Air because I heard there commercials that touted no service call charges. I system had simply stopped turning on so I figured it was a wiring problem. After making the appointment and receiving a couple of verification calls, the technician showed right on time. Within a few minutes he discovered that the problem was just a blown fuse. The cost to replace the fuse was $99.00! I was tempted to say never mind but my coils were filthy so I let him clean them, the cost was a reasonable $49.00. In other word... read more
