Went here with the family after the Alcatraz tour. Not only was the food excellent, but the service, the service made the dining their great! Chi, was our waiter, he was awesome! He had 4 tables that was his and he was at every table for everything they needed! Because of the experience, I can honestly say, that anytime I'm at Pier 39, this is where I'm going to eat! And being that my daughters are 19 and 22, I'm sure they'll be back with their boyfriends as well!
Really enjoyed our meal here. The pizzas and pasta are great, I had the margherita and my husband had the lasagna. Can't fault them, they were delicious. We also had an order of the garlic sourdough bread, but be advised they are very generous portions, we'd probably have been better with a half portion between the two of us. Service was brilliant, very attentive and polite. The food was a bit expensive, but it's Pier 39 so you have to take it in context. Overall, very good
We were on vacation and stumbled across this restaurant on the pier. Food was really good and flavorful. Cocktails were also amazing. Our waiter, Daniel C was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable of wines and menu. He had a lot of great suggestions. He often checked back on us making sure our experience was nothing less than superb. We will be back to San Francisco and definitely going back to Swiss Louis and requesting Daniel as our waiter. Great food and impeccable professional service! Can't go wrong!
Three of us went here after being stuffed from an earlier lunch and not wanting a big meal in the early evening. They were very accommodating knowing we would just be sharing a few things. The oysters were large and succulent. We also got the steamed clams and an order of sourdough bread for dipping which was flavored delicately. We then split an entree of pasta with seafood and that didn't disappoint either. Great view and nice and sort of upscale after seeing all the other things on pier 39
Service was great, food was great, hostess was friendly. My wife and I love returning back here when we are in SFO. Love it!
Excellent food. We ordered oysters, clam chowder, Dungeness crab and cioppino. The view was amazing and the service was outstanding. Will definitely come back the next time we're in the Bay Area. Favorite by far was the clam chowder which is surprising because I love crab.

We were here on our last night in San Francisco and Deon, our waiter, made it the very best! Amazing views of the bay and such wonderful Italian seafood, so charming and absolutely delicious food. We started out with the cracked Dungeness crab, so sweet and juicy. Then my husband had the Chicken Marsala and I had the Linguini and Clams, probably the best I've ever had.
