Professional in everything
Was very disappointed and upset after my visit today. I was firstly made to feel as though I was not looking after my pool well enough and was questioned when I last did a back wash. I was taken a back by this as i do it every month like my pool builder told me. Anyway, the shop keeper then proceeded to tell me I had no chlorine, 10 alkalinity, ph of 6.3 , 11 sunscreen and 0 hardness. I was shocked and started to think I had done something really wrong.
