My daughter lives in a condominium managed by SWFL CAM Services, and our experience has been extremely disappointing. Communication has been consistently poor. Residents are often not notified in advance of water shutoffs, making it difficult to plan for basic daily needs. Absolutely the worst management company out there, if you are looking for a good CAM, one that is on top of the situation, helpful, and willing to do their job! SWFCAM is NOT it, save yourself the headache and frustration, avoid this group at all costs, only out for themselves and blames everyone else for their mistakes and there are plenty of mistakes.
