Very rude receptionist.
It took 2-months to get an appointment. I Confirmed my appointment by email and arrived early. I was "greeted" by an extremely rude receptionist who declared that they were not expecting me and that I was hard to get in touch with. I was rudely directed to wear a face mask and fill out digital paperwork. I took the mask and completed the forms. RecommendedWonderful office staff and superb customer service. Today was my meet and great. I had to change dentists after 20 years due to my insurance. All Covid 19 procedures are handled appropriately. I would definitely recommend.
I would NEVER recommend Dr. Swerdzewski after paying him in full and up front $1,900 for my dentures to be incorrectly designed, teeth in dentures are at all different heights from the right side to the left and they hurt my mouth terrible. When I asked him to fix them, he said he was sending them to the lab for realignment but when they were returned, they were exactly the same and not changed.
