Friendly and knowledgeable professionals are at Family Wellness. I was on my vacation and Family Wellness is exactly what I was looking for. The massages are wonderful and Dr. Brown is excellent. For those of you that know me you know I don’t have any faith in chiropractors ! Well Kaitlyn Henderson suggested that I go to Dr Brian Brown for my vertigo which had become so bad it was happening at least once a week.So let me just say that Dr Brian Brown at The Wellness Center on 3007 Church St in Myrtle Beach has worked a miracle with my vertigo! If you need a chiropractor for any reason I recommend you go see him. also the entire office staff is amazing ❤️
Was in excruciating pain. They got me right in. Dr was very knowledgeable. Took the proper amount of time to address my issue. He helped me out a lot. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend

Massage & Chiropractic, I went in in such pain week #1 and came out of there the second week feeling sooooooooo much better!!!! For real. Dr. Brian Brown, Susan, Terry and Mo...they care and know what they are doing! I look forward to my appointment next week, I'll be as close to pain free in no time!!! What a relief, yay God!
