Poor pool management with no common sense. The interpretation of the rules is pretty straight forward. As a resident of a community I am allowed to bring in guests, regardless if those guests live in the neighborhood or not. b/c of the new tag system a resident is denied entry b/c they are honest that they live here but an outsider without an old version of an entry card can get in. That defies all logic. Very dissapointing
