We have been customers for nearly 10 years. We are pleased with the quality of servoce we've received. The technicians are curtious and know their business. Always willing to answer any questions we may have. We are very pleased with our water treatment system.
I'm very pleased with our Sweetwater Home Services water treatment system and their Service Department, which promises to be accessible for annual system tune-ups and service, if ever needed. Our System definitely treats and softens our water to perfection, no question with that. I can highly recommend Carlos S. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job with filter replacement, checking the system setup and finding a clog/block of salt in the tank that interfered with our softener function.
We have always had great service and your people are very friendly and good at their job.
Bryan's installation crew did a great job and made the installation look like it was always there. Great customer service. Had an irrigation leak after they'd gone and they stopped by the same day to patch it up. Excellant and the rainsoft softener is working great.
