Run do not walk away from this company and please check around and dont trust anything that their salesman will say. We my sister (************************) and I purchased a softener system while living in Leander know we really needed one. We had their salesman come out and show us the system knowing we were going to be moving in the future he assured us that the move the system to our new home for free part of the service BS. We called to have them move it so now it was going to be $150 to disconnect and was just told Ive... read more

I first called the *********** office about this on 06-16-2021. The phone rang a few times and someone picked up the phone and groaned as if they either just woke up or they were really irritated that they had to pick up the call. Whoever it was didn't say anything. I finally said 'Hello'? ******* smacked their lips (maybe they were eating?) A girl answered with a hello and I asked if this was Sweetwater and she said yes. Frank was very thorough! He answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable before making a purchase. He explained everything in a way we could understanding everything. He also gave us privacy to discuss making this decision. I am very comfortable with my purchase. It was a pleasure meeting frank and doing business with him. I strongly recommend letting him test your water and meeting with him.

Carlos S. was my service tech and I now ask for him by name because of his professionalism, courtesy and knowledge. He is always ready to explain exactly what he is doing and why. Sweetwater is fortunate to have him on their staff. Great techs is the reason I have been with Sweetwater since 2003. I highly recommend Carlos to anyone who needs a professional!!

Gina's very personable! She did a water test for us explaining everything thoroughly and answered any questions we had. She also scheduled installation of our water filtration/softener system in good time! Overall great experience!
