I have been here almost an hour . it's not even that busy. There must be 20 people working the lines . really a. hour. who has that kind of time for a car wash
Manager in Apopka, “Mike” was disrespectful. I have a monthly plan, was changing one vehicle to another and he wouldn’t refund my last month because it was already billed. I did go in and cancelled my plan two months ago but they continued to Bill my credit card and now refuse to refund my last month. Had to just cancel everything since they didn’t care for my business.
The vacuums suck… They’ve always sucked… They don’t do regular maintenance… The management is not accommodating… I would not recommend this car wash!
I came there for my very first automatic car wash and of course I wasn’t going to know how it worked. I didn’t know that I had to put my wheel on a specific track. I was yelled at for not knowing how to do it. He kept getting mad at me and I specifically told him it was my first time doing this. They made me look like an idiot. The employees were not cool at all and he had a horrible attitude with me.
RecommendedBest vacuum and clean up in the area. Never have to ask them to redo anything!

paid $53 for handwash and the car was dirty after. Blamed it on being understaffed due to the low unemployment rate in the US
The location is in a nice area. They do a great job especially if you get a full detail. Love this place one of my favorite car washes in orlando.
