Nothing in Charleston compares to this property! Comfort and then some. Im retired and everything is here. I don't have to go anywhere for anything so I stay "home". Thank you Sweetwater for the good life. Staff is more than staff, they are family. Its easy to see they love their jobs! Everyone just needs to check it out before making a final decision.
Sweetwater is the best upcoming community we have seen in Charleston. My fiancé and I have looked at a handful of other complexes and Sweetwater is the best quality and the best pricing. The community has a "home" feel, from the styling of the apartments and the outdoor space. It's simply gorgeous; not to mention the very welcoming staff. So far Sweetwater is a two thumbs up from us, we are excited for our move in! If you're contemplating visiting Sweetwater, take the leap of faith....you will not regret it.
Beautiful place and I love the water. Spacious and a lot to do, just the view and then there is the fishing.
