RecommendedI spent months apartment hunting until i had one week left to find somewhere that was perfect for me. Heather was my saving grace and helped me beyond belief. She made the entire experience as easy as possible but also made it fun. I’ve lived in Sweetwater for a little over a month & it is everything i wanted plus more. I 10/10 recommend Sweetwater apartments(5 stars isn’t enough) If you need help call Heather!! (Michelle, Alan and Blaine are also awesome)
Sweetwater Charleston is our dream home. We absolutely love this place and our wonderful staff here. They truly make us feel like family. Everywhere you look around here is beautiful. The amenities are fabulous. We feel like we live on vacation every day!
We feel like we are truly living the "sweet life" since moving to this community! There is nothing like living here that we have ever experienced and we have lived all over the country. Sweetwater has so much to offer and it is like everyday is vacationing at a world-class resort!
Sweetwater is a fantastic place to live. I've been here for close to a year. The office team is outstanding. I've mainly dealt with Laura (Assistant Manager), Michelle (Leasing Manager), Jonathan (Maintenance Supervisor) and Alan (Manager). This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. When I return home, I feel like I am on vacation. The administrative staff is great and the maintenance staff responds quickly and thoroughly. I am so glad I chose Sweetwater as my new home 3 months ago.
We moved here from living in another complex on Daniel island and best decision ever. To wake up and walk the dogs with the sunrise right in front of you. The apartments are brand new with all upgrades. When we moved in everything was perfect and the office staff and maintenance are amazing. I feel so blessed to live in such a beautiful community right on the water. Did I mention screen in patio so cannot wait to sit on our patio with no bugs and enjoy the serenity and beauty this community offers.
There are so many great things about living the #sweetlife here at Sweetwater Apartments! The community views are absolutely breathtaking; I've even seen dolphins swim by in the early morning and around dusk! There is excellent fishing, as anyone who's fished in Charleston knows this is the best spot on Nowell Creek to come to, and the resident-only boat ramp and boat storage just tops it all off.
