Sweet water has become our home. When we moved to Charleston I was very nervous about being so far from my family but thanks to the amazing staff, wonderful amenities, and fun social events I could not imagine a more perfect place! My fiancé and I have spent two years here and we will always cherish this special place in our hearts. Sweet Water is a welcoming family to create cherished memories with, I would highly recommend this community to any and all!
Sweetwater Charleston has been amazing! This really is the sweet life! Everyone in the office is super sweet and helpful! I really love this place. It’s quiet, great neighbors, the best amenities, and right on the water! This place really feels like a resort. I love my new home!

Sweetwater really lives up to their name the “Sweet Place”. Moving here from New York was a complete culture shock. I have finally adjusted and I’m so thankful to have found a welcoming community! The community was extremely helpful when my cat went missing and a few residents helped look for a few days. I appreciate Sweetwater so much. Sweetwater has so much to offer for not only residents but families of residents also. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing on the dock the most. Living in Sweetwater the last few years has been an amazing experience for both the human and furry members of our family! The views are like anything else in Charleston and the amenities are incredible. The staff are very kind and helpful. We can’t imagine living anywhere else!!

The apartment complex is beautiful and very friendly. The service is amazing. Front office is always willing and able to assist in anyway they possibly can. On top of that it has a lovely community. There are many events and attractions (food and entertainment) that they provide and bring to the apartments. And if that weren't enough it has amazing amenities and location. Right on the waterside.
