I have taken my daughter here since she has been born and this past Friday they have crossed the line. The past FIVE times I have been I have DECLINED getting my child the flu shot. The nurses and doctors have it down that I have declined it. My daughters grandma took her to her 12 month appointment and they asked her grandma if it was okay to administer the flu shot ... Definitely use this practice if you like showing up early as requested, waiting excessively EVERY TIME, and having the receptionist cop an attitude when you ask about actually being seen even though there's a sign in the waiting room instructing patients to do exactly that. They're excellent at those things
RecommendedDr. Christina Tripp is amazing! My 5 year old has been with her since we moved here 4 years ago and she lives Dr. Tripp. And I wouldn't let anyone else see my new month old baby. The staff is also amazing especially Lisa (I believe that's her name). She's always very helpful and smiling.
Was told that I could not make consecutive appointments with the same doctor for 3 children, only to be told at the appointment that it wouldn’t have been an issue at all and they have no idea why I was told that. My middle child was diagnosed with a double ear infection and (I thought) having an antibiotic called in. The prescription was not called in according to the pharmacy, and I had to call a totally different location to even get someone to answer the phone. They just refused to see my SICK child because his primary dr isn’t within their practice.....
We never have any issues with our visits. The staff is always very friendly with my daughter and it’s never an issue to get an apt last minute !
