Main thing to say: Susan is awesome! They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I have been going to Susan for several years, sometimes for chiro and sometimes for acupuncture. She is the best! Always helpful, and even willing, for folks she knows well, to come in on an off day, stay late, or squeeze you in during what should be her lunch time if you are in real pain. She is the best!

Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment? No, they were fine

I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation.
