First, I cannot think of a better value for my family than direct health care. Not only is it so helpful to me as an anxious mommy to have a direct line of contact, I love that my kids can have a stress free appointment where they can ask questions, get to know their doctor, and feel safe and calm, and never rushed. We absolutely love Sweetbay! The DPC model is fantastic for parents, allowing us to quickly access providers, get medications, complete forms, and schedule check-ups. Dr. Galla is so knowledgeable and supportive, always taking the time to answer our questions and make sure we feel heard. It’s hard to overstate how wonderful Sweetbay is. Not only does the DPC model provide open lines of regular communication, but Dr Galla and Dr Sexton truly feel like part of our team in raising our kids. We absolutely love this office and their DPC model. We decided to leave our former pediatrician office and follow Dr. Sexton because of how amazing he is with our children. I really appreciate how accessible the providers are and am able to message through a portal with any questions or concerns I have. My son absolutely hated the doctors office, and would sprint to the door every time we went for an appointment.
