The gals have made cakes and pies for us for years! Birthdays are special occasions and their cakes are regularly complimented at our gatherings. And any family holiday dinner is not complete until Rachael’s French Silk pie has made an appearance!

Had a VERY DISAPPOINTING experience with Sweet to Eat today. My daughter scheduled an appointment for a cake tasting for this morning. First of all, their website has two different addresses listed and when we went to the one on N. Ankeny Blvd., we didn't see any signs outside indicating where the business was. So we trekked down to the other address on S.W. 3rd that's also listed on the website and found out it wasn't there either. Debbie, we are sorry you feel this way. We have recently moved and trying to get all addresses updated. There is signage at the main entrance of the building. Your daughter emailed to make the appointment and the address was listed there as well, she did not call. It has been an adjustment for customers to find us and some still go to our old location, a mile down the road. Every product I have gotten from this bakery has been excellent. I have stopped in often for cinnamon rolls and sweet treats, and most recently, my daughter wanted to design her own birthday cake for her 10th birthday. She made a drawing which I sent to the bakery, and they did a perfect job of making her drawing into a cake. My daughter was thrilled! The cake was excellent, very tasty and moist, and the frosting was delicious. Thank you so much!
