We used Sweet to Eat for our wedding cake. They were easy to communicate with during the process of planning our wedding. They made everything super simple. The design of our cake was perfect, and the cake flavors were delicious!

We’ve used Sweet to Eat for so many things & most recently my son wanted a SWAT truck birthday cake. We’ve never been let down in either flavor or decor
They made the cutest cupcakes and cake for my sons 1st birthday! They were delicious too! Everyone raved about the Red Velvet cupcakes!
A friend of mine ordered some eggs on a stick from Sweet to Eat in Ankeny and received product that wasn't colored like in their marketing and look more like golf balls than Easter eggs. The sticks were messy and had dye on them. She did the right thing by following up with them but sounds like she was given the run around and then they blocked her from posting a review on this page. They did a phenomenal job for my daughter's first birthday. Everyone loved the cake and asked where I got it. The decoration on the main cake was beautiful considering I really didn't even know what I wanted haha. I gave full creative license and they did not disappoint! The smash cake was exactly what I was looking for. Ordering was easy, staff was very responsive to messages, and they made my whole experience stress free. Thank you for a wonderful birthday for my little girl!

These people don’t even have a display. Horrible customer service we literally had to go almost inside of where they’re baking to pay it is so awkward nobody standing out there to help anybody worst experience ever don’t go waste your money

And there was a host to greet you out in the restaurant directing you to go to the bakery and there's also a bell to ring so we can come assist you.
Stopped by on a whim after seeing a post for thier Dutch Letter cupcakes, as I love fresh dutch letters. I bought a half dozen and a scotchoroo for tomorrow. The cupcakes were amazing. I shared them with the folks I work with and they all went on about how great they were. The product is top notch. Great job girls!
