My 4 yr old daughter has been getting her hair cut here for a few years with Monica. Today, I took her to get her ears pierced and was so pleased with the experience. Monica and Lauren did a great job making her feel comfortable and talking her through the entire process. Best part of it all, no tears just smiles!
My kids have such a great time every time we walk in the door. The staff is always smiling and so enthusiastic. They always make sure we are pampered. We LOVE Sweet and Sassy The Woodlands!!
Monica was very great in making my daughter very happy on her birthday. She went above and beyond with her service, she played her favorite song and took the time to make my daughter look so beautiful. Love her haircut!

Just witnessed the Sweet and Sassy manager Andy in The Woodlands yell obscenities to a parent in the store with kids watching the whole thing! What a wonderful environment for kids, smh... Awful!!!!
