I took both of my kids here for their birthday to get their ears pierced. They did not receive a photo, certificate, or glitter star as stated on the online brochure. Then the lady asked for a tip.

I'm all about customer service! When entering the store not a single employee reached out to us to ask if we needed help with anything. I pushed that aside because it's such a cute store with a great concept but after getting home with a gift for my daughter I realized there was a huge rip it in. When I called, the manager said that because we took the tag off we couldn't exchange it. I should have looked closer at the item but come on, I bought it a few hours ago.
