Great place to take the girls.
Although it was a cute place the staff was horrible. They were rude and we had to ask repeatedly for things that the girls were suppose to get with the party. It was almost like they were trying to hide that we were suppose to be getting things. We were getting my cousins ears periced and there were bugs all by the ear station. It was disgusting. My girls love it here! They had so much fun doing the Flower Power Spa Day package. We will be back!
Very dissatisfied with the staff VERY RUDE and condescending. The information on the Web site States they take walk ins and they said yes the Do but not for us they in fact they have taken walk ins all day but not for us. My fairs birthday celebration with her cousin 10 and 7 yrs old they were terribly upset and disappointed. The staff was no help and very disrespectful to me.I will never recommend this location to anyone. Do NOT TAKE YOUR PRINCESS THERE. I would give zero stars if I could
