Just got back from a wonderful experience at the salon! My little girl is almost 5 & had not had a haircut yet (my mama heart just couldn’t handle it lol)! She was very excited, to get her first big girl haircut but when it was her time...she got super nervous. There was some tears getting her confidence back but the staff was SO wonderful the whole time! We had a wonderful Sweet & Sassy experience. We took my niece for her 7th birthday & my almost 4 year old! Every single one of the workers went out of their way to make it so special. Cinderella & Belle were both super interactive & were amazing with both girls! They each did a separate package, but they did great at not making one feel less important than the other one! We signed up our 3 year old for a mermaid makeover before the pandemic happened while I was 9 months pregnant. We obviously never went to the event since it wasn't safe. we contacted the store via messaging and voicemail numerous times to let them know we weren't attending and we wanted our money back. Nothing was said for weeks. So we filed a claim with our bank for refund due to service not received. Dont get me wrong the kids had a great time, it's just some things I didnt appreciate. I dont mind giving a gratuity but let me know up front. They told me about the gratuity for the limousine over the phone but waited until the end of the party to tell me about the gratuity for them. What if I didnt have the extra $60 to give to u. I dont like being surprised or unprepared. They also tried to charge me for services I ordered but the kids did not receive and tried to keep my change until I brought all this to their attention

Had an amazing experience taking my 8 year old niece! Taylor was awesome! My niece got the “It’s My Birthday” package and she loved every second of it! I will be coming back!

I am an immigrant from a communist country. I saw some black ladies commented before that this is a racist place. They said that if you are not a white that this is not a place for you. But I don't want to use my skin color and nation as a topic to criticize people who are racist easily. To say people racists is pretty subjective as long as they did not openly said that. Staff ignored my daughter and acted like they were annoyed with the kids. Place is boring after 20 minutes. Not worth the money. Won’t be back. They told me I couldn’t get a refund even though we never received the service we paid for. Wow. Was told the owner would call me back but it never happened. Head manager told me I wouldn’t get a refund if I posted a bad review. Unreal how racist and bad customer service this place shows.
